Order & Shipping FAQ
All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail within the US and USPS International First Class outside of the US unless a shipping upgrade has been purchased.
Please be sure to read item descriptions and any other important information prior to placing your order. Once an order is placed, processing begins immediately and we are unable to cancel your order.
Our processing estimates (the time it takes to create your order) are approximately 2-12 business days.
Once your items have shipped, Three Arrow Gifts has no control over delays, lost packages, or the time it takes to reach you. Estimated shipping times for USPS First Class are approximately 2-5 days within the US. First Class International customers, please allow up to 20 business days after shipment.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
Please double-check your shipping address and info twice to ensure it is correct prior to placing your order, this is the address your package has to be shipped to.

On the very rare occasion that there is an issue regarding your order, you must contact me within 24 hours of receipt of delivery, no exceptions.
All of our items are handmade by us right here in our small studion in New England! Occasionally, depending on order volume during busy shopping seasons, we may outsource some of our workload utilizing a third party partner to assist in faster processing of orders.
We do not accept returns or exchanges nor issue refunds unless a mistake was made on our part. Please be sure to read all important information regarding sizing and our processing and shipping estimates, as well as any other pertinent info prior to placing your order.
